Use this item to do the following:

• Breaking a bond between dragons (soul link) 
• Resetting your Dragon's progress to 0 in rank (all EXP and unlocked abilities reset)
• Resetting your account progress to 0 in rank (all EXP and unlocked abilities reset)
• Resetting your Flight's progress to 0 in Rank (all EXP and unlocked abilities reset)
• Reverse arena and grand hunt level progess.
• Reversing your taming/nesting choices for prompts (provide new entries) 
• Reversing your magic type choices (provide new prompts)
